Leaving Montezuma

After a few wonderful days in Montezuma it was time to head back to San Jose. Luckily it worked out to be perfect timing because it started to rain right as we were leaving. In order to get to San Jose quickly it’s best to take the ferry across The Gulf of Nicoya. This was my first experience driving a car onto a ferry. Was pretty impressive to see how much they packed onto the boat. It was also a pretty scenic and relaxing break during a long day of travelling. As with everything in Centro there weren’t really any signs telling you where to go to find the ferry. Luckily we were giving Eli the fire dancer a ride to San Jose and he always pointed us in the right direction….after a nice and often scenic drive. I finally made it back to San Jose.
